Covid-19 has effected all of us in many different ways and it isn’t letting up. If you feel stressed over the continued affect and effects of Covid-19 we’re here to listen. Often talking about what you’re feeling can help; talking can also shed light on positive steps you can take to be a healthier you in the present moment.  Talk to our Health & Wellness Coach about anything and everything on your mind related to stress and struggles you are feeling.  We take a supportive and active approach to build an action plan of behaviors and activities you can do to help you get through these tough, uncertain times.  Talk and we will listen.
