Fitness Coaching (aka Personal Training) with Evexia Everyday is real people helping, supporting and encouraging real people. We believe being fit and “in shape” is unique for everyone. Everyone has different starting points and individual goals and expectations. We are normal, real people too, who are working on our own health and fitness goals, so we understand the challenges of personal fitness.
Physical fitness is not only about exercise. What we eat and how we eat is equally important to getting fit, staying fit, and living healthy. Evexia Everyday approaches fitness to include physical exercise and nutritional eating.
So if you woke up one morning 30 pounds heavier than you’d like to be, have trouble finding time to exercise, don’t know where or how to start, or think you cannot afford to join a gym let alone have a personal trainer we understand and we are here. Larissa, our Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT) and Fitness Nutrition Specialist (NASM FNS), has over 6 years Personal Training and 5 years working in a Physical Therapy setting. She works with a wide range of individuals, varying ability levels, goals, and motivations.

Free 10 week Couch-to-5k Program!
Have you ever wanted to run a 5k (3.1 miles) and don’t know where to start? This 10 week beginner Couch to 5k program will prepare you to run a 5k! Let’s do it together!
This program is best for individuals with currently low activity levels, no prior running experience, for those who have been runners in the past (but it’s been a few years), or those who have never had a formal running program before! 🏃♂️ Avid runners stay tuned, a more vigorous program, to push you for a PR, is coming next!
Since this is a 3x week plan, you can do these workouts on anyday (ex. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday) and supplement this program with other physical activity and rest days the other 4 days in the week. Biking, yoga, and swimming are excellent cross-training activities – but feel free to do any exercise you enjoy. Don’t forget to include recovery days too.

Our Fitness and Nutrition Services
This plan is best for those who want a lot of accountability and direction, individuals with specific injuries or limitations, or for beginner’s looking for a place to start. Individualized training program includes cardio and strength programs with 1-on-1 virtual Personal Training for 60 minutes 1/x week to check form and progress exercises. This personalized plan will help you reach your fitness goals with check-ins to keep you on track and motivated.
This plan is for those who have prior fitness and exercise experience and are looking to reach specific goals or learn new, creative workouts to push them to the next level. With less accountability and direction, this plan is best for those who enjoy self-motivating their workouts but still want some direction.
Virtual training 1 hour, 1x/week with cardio and strength programming each week.
1 on 1 nutrition coaching to assess your current nutrition trends and areas for improvement.
This program is best for individuals who would like to learn healthy nutrition habits and create a plan that compliments their current fitness and wellness program.
